About the photographer

During my 37-year career in Information Technology, I always enjoyed nature photography as a hobby.  Along the way, I became a real estate investor and enjoyed working with agents and others in the real estate and mortgage industries.

I enjoyed the process of learning how to market properties for my own needs. Too often, I found plain to average photos and I wanted to provide a professional marketing product to make my own properties pop more than others.

I wanted to learn as much as I could about how to make my own images stand out. I learned various aspects of lighting, geometry, positioning, content/composition and the best gear, techniques and technology to make that happen.

I enjoyed this so much that I decided to focus my efforts on real estate photography. I’m always eager to help agents find better ways of marketing their properties.

In addition to quality real estate photography, I’m also able to offer excellent quality 360/Virtual Reality (VR) tours including tour hosting, floor plan diagrams and dedicated property web pages which pull everything together nicely.

I look forward to helping agents with their marketing needs by providing quality offerings in and around the Sacramento area.
